Pasture-raised Chicken
This year we have a limited number of both whole chickens and cuts. Cuts available include boneless skinless breasts, tenders, leg quarters, wings, livers, hearts and broth kits. Because our slow-growing chickens spend so much time on the grass and in the sun they have a depth of flavor that you won’t find anywhere else.
Chicken will become available in May.
Pasture-Raised Duck
Plan to add some variety to your menu with a few of our pasture-raised whole ducks. Duck meat is darker and more flavorful than chicken. The skin crisps up in a most delicious way. And the fat, once rendered, is a perfect medium for frying potatoes. We will have whole ducks, as well as leg quarters and skinon boneless duck breasts.
